where can i get the plugs to go on the back of the headlights

you mean the plugs onto the bulbs? if so, from any car factor shop. if they are burnt or melted, i would look deeper to find out why. possibly oversize rated bulbs would do it

try Helfords or somewhere like that.

doing headlight upgrade so so need new plugs to fit new headlights

yea thats what i am doing
is there anyone doing a wiring loom for this upgrade

As Nathan said, scrap yard or take them from the donor vehicle, unless you bought the lights new.
