Hi guys, new here! Super useful forum!

I have a problem with my hazard light wiring. When I switch the switch to off the indicators short out and don't work from the stalk. With the switch in the on position the indicators work as normal.

At no time do the hazards lights work. The only thing the switch does is kill my indicators!

I have replaced said switch and flasher relay with no joy. The problem remains!

Any help would be much appreciated.

On your hazard switch you should have a green wire from the flasher unit.

From the switch you should have a Green/Red and a Green/White to your indicators

The flasher unit should be fed from the stalk by a Light Green/Brown wire which also goes to the hazard switch.

Are you using spade connectors or a is there a multi-cable connector block?

Seems as though you might have wired it up wrong, and earthed the wrong wire!

Hi,

The loom plugs onto the back of the switch then there are two spades one to each side of the switch. Not much to get wrong as it's factory wiring
