The only way to do wot yu want to do, proper like, is to get proper bulkhead connectors that are designed to take the current - available from auto elecricians.

Where can you get proper wire from?

(Genuine question) and what is the difference between it and 7core (2.5mm)?

the correct current rating, the correct colour codes, the correct insulation, the correct heat transfer rating...............
yu want me to continue?

try vehicle wiring products - they have bulkead connectors too.

oh - and if yu dont know wot yu is dooing - ask stig.

yer can't get the proper wire colours in yer 7core, yer have to strip the outer off yer 7 core unless yer starting and finishing in the same place, which yer int. and its just plain daft when someone else has to fault find on it. and its also stupid cos i sed so

once bought a car with the engine wired up with T&E.. fooking reet joke that wur but i got it cheap

Yeaaaaaaaaaa, didnt think there was anything on a series that is that sensitive. As for current rating and heat that why was thinking of 2.5mm. As I put in an ealier post highest draw I can think off is 9.1 amps.

it aint sensitive - but that dont mean yu gotta use 2" copper bar throughout. Yu gonna use thinwall, standard wall, Euro Auto colour codes? or just make a fookin mess?

ffs - gimme strength!

yu know wot i mean slob - yu get just as irate about peeps makin a dogs dinner over summat they know fook all about.

i dint get iraq... ah just well yer know , take the piff . if yer going do rewire the fooker do it right other wise yiule be having a new lectrickle fault every week and they will all be caused by yer bodge job. and dint go using them crimp on **** neither. gert a soldiering iron some solder and heat shrink then to make it all pretty some loooming tape

****, Not a gd idea then :(

Has just been completely rewired with the trailer stuff for all the low current stuff (sensors+sidelights etc) then heavier stuff for others.

No colour coding as you say, so a pig to find anything (I always have a meter handy :))

Do I have to rip it all out and do it again?

aye rip it out and start a fresh, rewire it using correct colour coding or if you have any collateral in yer house, re mortgage and get daft ter mek yer a bespoke up
