Good morning,
Hopped in defender this morning, turned wipers on, wiper motor working, I can hear it, blades not moving!
It’s wet and dark, where to start please?

Meant to say wiper blades are in parked position, unable to move manually, motor working fine.
Note to self, need new batteries in torch!!!!!

Cable lock nut on top of motor.

Then nylon cogs inside gear box.
