Hi,Newbe here,
Hi, I have a Range Rover HSE auto 1995
does anyone know why when i put my windscreen wipers on and then turn them off. Why do they stay on even when engine is turned off,?

Wipers will work (I think) with the ignition key in auxillary position. Too wet & windy here for me to check but I am sure someone will put me right!!!
Do they go off when the key is turned fully to the off position (Ready to be removed?

I think they can be operated for about 30 seconds after you remove the key, well mine do anyway.

Hi, Yes even when its off and key out,them wipers just carry on...Had to take fuse out to stop them......

if they are the same arrangement as the headlight wipers, there is a switch inside the wiper motor

That's a different kettle of fish-obviously a permanent live is tracking accross-check the self park switch (On the wiper motor) and wiring.
