I have had my sunroofs all resealed on my disco 2 , and now they are all leak free, but now it apears that I now have two leaks on the top corners of the windscreen, the guy who fixed the sunroofs came and checked as at first I thought it was the sunroofs again, but on closer inspection it is the windscreen, has any one else come across this and is the only way for a proper repair to remove the windscreen, apparently it is the joints at the top where the pillar meets the roof. Any information would be great

I will check those, but when I called the guy back yesterday,he took off the interior trim by the "A" pilars on both sides and has checked behind the roof lining, it was all dry apart from the top corners of the windscreen, we've left the trim off so when it does rain it will hopefully prove the point, also before when it rained the water came in through by the mirror and sun visors, since the sun roofs have been done that's not happened, it is only damp on the top two corners.

Can I reseal that with out removing the screen, I've looked from the inside and I'm thinking that maybe some tiger seal might just do the job on the inside, if it doesn't work I've nothing to lose

Top left & right of the windscreen are common leakpoints. Not enough sealant added when windscreen changed perhaps.
If you warm the screen rubber around the outside with a hairdryer ( when swmbo out ?), its easy to lift up to get access to squeeze additional windscreen / silicon sealant in.
Sorted our td5 leaks after months of wasting time on non existent sunroof leaks.
