From window closed position, in one smooth movement press button until the window is fully down and straight back up again keeping your finger on the up button until window set is dispalyed on the dash. repeat for all windows until they are all set.

Mikey, I had that problem, after the outlaw messed around with the front passenger window it stuck in the open position...., it would not reset, even by following the manual, it had the message and dis the bleep thing ...... So disconnected the battery for an hour, re connected, presto was able to reset them all..

Someone on here told me to hold the button in both the down and up positions for an extra 5 seconds to help with the setting, if it is stuck, try some PTFE spray or equivalent, or as I do, guide it up with my hands while missus holds the buttons (or vice versa if I am feeling lazy, which is most of the time)

That "Someone" would have bin ME Adam .....Yeah best way is to hold the switch down fer 5 secs AFTER its reached the top/bottom ect THEN you'll get "THE BLEEP"
