Hi everyone,
A bit of help please. Today my passenger side window decided to stay down. I cannot get it to shift at all. There is power to the motor as it makes a quiet clunk sound when you press power down but nothing if you try to press up. I can't even force the window up to get to the mechanism. Any advice is welcome. Thanks.

Strip the door down, remove the glass, replace the cables, reassemble the window regulator and reinstall the whole lot back into the door.

Strip it down and prop the window up with a block of wood until you can Finnish the job like nodge said

I presume you mean it wont shift when pulling it up by hand ...?

if thats the case then a stripdown is the only way forward

easy job once you get the bits
