My passenger side rear window goes down but not up using the switch in the front or back. Does anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it?

Also, my driver side rear door can only be opened from the inside. Can anyone advise how to fix?

for the window make sure the switch is good and sends the impulse, if yes check the wiring/plug at the motor, the wires used to chaff when they meet the door

at the door maybe some connection rod failed... that's too mechanical for me
