I bought a brand new 12000lbs on ebay £199 (£233 with delivery), used it loads, works and still works fine, came with two year warrenty happy days..

I know its not a Warn but it works fine, its all about keeping it clean and lubricated!! And if it fails after the warrenty runs out ill buy another.
