By steering I thought you meant handling, not 'will the original components still fit'!

I really think you're on a loser with it all. All that fagging about for questionable gains. There's better ways to improve the already good off road performance of a Series Landy.

Wot do you want to use it for?

Have yer told yer insurance company? Tell us yer phographed it from start ta finish there's loads of people would like to do what you've just done any help you can give em would I'm sure be greatly appreciated.

its okay for water but no good for going across banks cos it just falls on its side so to be truthful its c**p my advice is to find big silly rims and tyres and a set spacers two arb diffs two 90 axles arb compressor and that will do same. and thanks for your help.

what a ****ing dumb ****!! thank **** am was too busy to spot this earlier. jees! am MIA fer a few daze and the IQ level of LZ plummets again, its like them wur all waiting fer me to vanish then in they think its safe to come in.
ave sed it before and al say it again we needs a intelligence test fer LZ membership.

and if y'awl think he's telling the truth yer as dumb as him, ah bet he's stood standing looking at it thinking, " oh! dear what HAVE I done?"

yes, youll need a high steer set up (taking the drag link above the springs)to the swivel housing and have a new top swivel pin with integral rod end fittings. or a heavy duty drag link bar cambered appropriately. to reduce bump steer.

was intending to prep it this winter for offroading but due to other commitments it sadly has to go as it is just standing in the garages :(:(

first the good bits :p):)

it is a good runner 2.5 desiel

front defender 90 axle on disc brakes

PTO winch

colways mt tyres

10" suspension lift ( underslung axles )

K&N filter

re sprayesd in black

sponser decal allround ( camel trophy.... warn ect)

many many spares ( standard rims and tyres ... spare door spare front bumper ..........)

now the bad bits::(:(

the car is nerli 30years old so rust is and was a slight problem

the rear spring hangers snapped off due to the rust .. i taked some angle steel to hold it in place whil i carried out the rest of the workon the landy.
i then later intended to buy a replacment peace ( rear bumper including leaf sprinf hangers and legs that fit on tho chassis) only around 100£.

the front axle was from a defender 90 so the coil spring brakets were cutt off and was modded to fit the leaf springs.

all brakes need bleeding and connecting.

needs 4 new "u bolts" for the front axle as the old ones wer nakerd and it is currently sat on ubolts wit exentions welded onn.

feel free to ask any questions

reserve on this is very very low.

Feck me! It looks like yellas typin:p :D
