Chery is just normal diesel with a coloured dye and a few chemical tracers added to it. so any diesel engined car will (should) run on it. Biggest problem is most of it is stored in rusty old storage tanks on farms/and building sites. and until recently BoatYards. and it tends to have loads of crap/rust/water in it which fooks ya engine up.
I'd say modern tractors (100k is nothing for a decent higher HP tractor nowadays) have more advanced engines than most Landys. Mines a bastard to start/run with even the tiniest bit of dirt or water in the system. Silage times a nightmare drawing diesel from different farms, costs us a fortune in filters..
so how long does the dye stay in the system.my landy was a farm hack, and im pretty sure they put red in it?and how do i stand if i get stopped?
