the gearbox on our freelander has just gone, we've been offered a gearbox but its from a 2.0 litre petrol and been told it will fit if you swap the bell housing over. is this true ???
any help would be much appreciated as none of the "landrover" specialists seem to have any idea.
If not, does anyone have, or know anyone who has a cheap td4 gearbox for sale, thanks.
