Used a Defender down pipe on mine,easy to fit, just pass through from the front. Been through two MOT's no problem. One of the cleanest diesels my mot tester has seen, gets results as good as the modern stuff with all their complexity. Fairly sure that it will be OK next year when the rules change
 
Just thinking about fitting a de cat pipe i already have egr blanking plate want a bit more guts and mpg

Your emissions are not tested CO & HC as in a 'petrol engine' only a smoke test is done so as stated in the above poste no probs :)
 
I usually get it from Makro in 20 litre containers. Works out at just under £1.00 a litre.

People always find it amusing when they see me pouring it into my tank in the car park. The reality is that they're the joke considering they're the ones who are willing to pay £1.40 a litre to fill up their tanks!
