hi my landy had no door locks when I bought it I've purchased some and they slide straight into the door but I'm missing the little things off the other side don't no what they called and wondered if anyone noes where to get them from or have any lying about cheers

What Defender do you have? If it's 200tdi onwards any Land Rover main dealer will be able to identify the part you need.

If it's older than that, or you can't get to a main dealer, call one of the big spares suppliers such as Craddocks or Paddocks and describe the part you require.

If it is the part l think you are referring to, they are about £3.

Hi I do t physically have anything to take a photo of I just no that the part missing is the the bit that connects to the back of the door lock barrel that would then fasten to a trod so when the key is turned the door locks operate I've looked on that link sent but can't seem to pin point what I need and it's a 1993 k reg 200 tdi and the dealers or miles away from where I live thanks

I belive this is what I need

Just download the parts catalogue that's in the second posting on the defender section and that will give you exploded diagrams and part numbers
chapter 9 - Body and chassis page 856 or so - any close?
For me could not ID a part to match the 'photo - sorry
