Well, 2 locks decided to play up today...guess the springs have gone...perfect timing as mot tomorrow.

So a bit of work and modification, have got the front passenger and boot door working again. If it works for a while with no probems I will post up what I have done as took me 30 mins for front door, as studied the locking mechanism and worked out a way to stop the door knob dropping and seems to have worked....now I just need to see what else the mot bod has to say....already praying to the car gods ready......

dont worry about it fella mine is the same and passed its mot two days ago ;)

It was getting to the stage you couldn't get in....so have spent a few hours on the old girl preping her, and the locks are now done..well they now now, tomorrow is a different day...

Only worry is my sills, as when i put on the sliders they collapsed a little, so don't look pleasant, but knarks me as they are not structual ....but no doubt could be something else hiding....

Should be least of your probs...if my doors were locked the inspector could get in through the hole in the boot floor...
