Does anyone have a testbook or rovacom diagnostic kit that I can read any fault codes off my P38? I am in N London, so whos closest to me?

My local garage wants 55 quid everytime! BTW How much is everyone else paying for a scan of the faults codes?

I charge £30 + Vat to local garages in the west country,so for Londinium I think you are doing OK,garages are not registered charities and property/rent within the M25 are horrible. If you cant afford it buy a bike !

I understand the economics of living in London- but there are some greedy feckers who want over 50 quid for 5 mins inspection/diagnostics and a grumpy attitude to boot. I dont mind paying it- i just think it should be a bit fairer- just looking for a reasonable alternative!

Cant blame them for being grumpy - I would living in the "Smoke"
I'll take money off you with a big smile on my face - my workshop is within an ANOB and a conservation area - you can keep your tower blocks and congestion charge.:D

Hi eightinavee, these people who don't want to part with money, if they don't like paying, don't buy a car which has constant fault codes, namely a range rover, £75 at my dealer stealer, NO i didn't put the diesel in either (remember)

With you now Kevin ! Redhand, why is your hand red? What are you doing?
The ANOB is correct, area Not outstandingly beautiful - the conservation area pertains to my bank account thank you.
I may have had more than one glass last night Mrs Wembely.:p
