Hi Toad, there's a company Difflock.com and they used to do (don't know if they still do) all the tools for doing a cambelt change.
www.DIFFLOCK.com/shop
I know it's a lot of dosh, but it will make doing the job a lot easier and who knows you might find a like-minded Landy fan to go halves !!
4x4 Store
Most of these tools, in particular the pins are a waste of money, look at the size and get a drill bit and stick it in, in relation to the crank, it goes in the blank plug hole, so I recon you could buy a blank plug and drill a hole through it to make the tool.
See if you can find the sizes on the thread and you will see what I meen, I never buy fookall if I can make it, if yer were stuck in the desert what would you do, improvise!!
I will put money on you wont need it anyway, bet everythings marked up wif tipex and when you take the cover off you will see they dont line up anymore.
If it was running perfect before then the last guy set it up ok, therfore the marks that he made are bang on and all you have to do is line them up again once you rectify the fault.
Chance that he was a dealer mechanic and used the tools and there are no marks, doubt it. Take the cover off before you buy anything.
