hello all, have a 2003 rover discovery se with a V-8 and im getting alot of smoke from the tailpipe. any ideas? trans modulator maybe? runs ok other than that. thanks for any help you can provide.

a 2003 rover, i hear smoke is a very common problem with them.

Hmm, a 2003 rover you say? Probably the reverse re-uptake inhibitor valve. I'll email you some special things.

would any of you rover experts have an opinion on why im getting alot of white smoke from my tailpipe on a 2003 discovery se w a v-8? runs fine otherwise.

Ah the elusive 2003 Rover V8, I would assume he is talking about the geiger-polarity heat exchange mechanism? A common fault. A common fault indeed.
