Hello all

I have a 1993 200tdi 110 with 5 Speed LT77 Box on it - its a van with the h/d double spring rear axel.

I need to get a seal/gasket set for the transfer box as its leaking like a Newcastle United back 4 at the moment.

When I have looked at the Workhop PDF file, it lists LT230R, is this correct and are the seal sets the same ones on the LT230T's the same ?

where is it leaking from?? output seal as they are cheap to buy seperatly or are you going to break the box open and renew all the seals?

Im gonna replace all the seals in it as I am going to check out the bearings and gears - there seems to be a load of backlash in there - its making some noise inbetween throttle on and off above 45 mph.

Also, the pto box for the front winch is leaking like a good un as well so I am gonna try and get the seals for this aswell - any ideas where from ?

I bought a complete set of gaskets for my transfer box from M&M in worcester, cot about 7 quid if i remember well enough, was only about 2 months ago. just make sure there is everything needed because they are fecking useless at resolving any issuses with bits missing etcetera. LEE
