I've got a 2002 td5 and it's just done 102,000. Don't worry about high mileage just how it's been treated. Mine feels like it'll do another 100,000 yet no problem!! By the way, they reckon the 80-100,000 mile mark is where all the problems are (mine certainly were). After that life should get better.
