IMO it's a shame that they offer any shocks at the quality they make them ... i had to remove my TF shocks just a bit after they went out of warranty cos they were rusted away and softened as sh*t... so it is the steering damper from them... i'd not touch TF again, that's my choice

My problem is that I would like to get a 2in lift and retain SLS. Bilstein doesn't offer a shock that would work with this setup. The TF Pro Sport +2" seems to be my best option at the moment.

Cellular dynamics are crap..

Last set i fitted to a Disco 1 and they lasted 4 months..

Bilstein as said above ;)

I dont know theyr's lenght but i can't see the relevance of SLS when it comes to dampers cos any damper should handle the ORM... as the standard Bilstein does very well... as you can see the TF +2 fits ALL D2 modells with 2 inch lift regardless of coils or air https://www.island-4x4.co.uk/terrafirma-shock-absorber-sport-disco-50mm-tf147-p-5183.html

a friend of mine who has 2" lift and SLS + ACE fitted those Fox shocks after he had to bin TFs in less than 4 years and he said that the difference is huge, twice like in the price

It has to do with the fact that most +2in lifts are done using a stiffer spring with the same length as the standard that ends up keeping the car 2in higher. For this application a shock with the standard lengths is ok (eg bilstein, ome, tf119).
If you raise the rear using 2in spacers and SLS then the standard length shock will top-out very easily, hence you need +2in shocks (the best I could find are TF147). At the front you can use TF118 or TF146 without issue, both will work ok.

I hope this makes sense.
