Bought a used Jeep Rubicon, 21k miles, a couple of weeks ago. The front
tires
were badly worn and terribly noisy. So, bought new tires (BFG All Terrain
T/A). The original rear tires had about one half the tread left so I
saved them. The dealer suggested someone might want to buy them. So,
what's the best advice? Ebay? Recycler?

I also have the original spare and would like to replace it too. It's
brand new.

The original Rubicon tires are 16" Goodyear
