Unless you have customs issues which delay buying stuff abroad, I'm sure the US is like NZ - not worth trying to source parts locally - just order them from suppliers in the UK. Stuff gets delivered to us on the other side of the planet within a week, so for you guys it is presumably only a few days.

My current preference is to use https://www.lrdirect.com/ who use DHL as their courier and even if the parts were available locally, its probably more reliable than using local couriers and definitely the post. Others use Paddocks or Rimmers etc or the forum sponsors Famous Four.

This time its the camshaft seal set which I thought should be a cap and rubber o ring?

The cam shaft seal has a conventional oil seal, like any other rotating shaft would use. Part Number LUC100290L.

Could it be the exhaust cam blanking caps leaking? Part Number LUC100150L.

I bought mine from Rimmer Brothers. If you Google them you will find their site which shows exploded diagrams of all the parts needed. They also give current prices, real part numbers and show availability. They are very efficient and are used to overseas shipping. Even if you don't order from them their website is a great resource.

Thank you for the nudge Nodge. The cap was not leaking it was missing. I wonder if I should suspect fowl play or do these caps simply fall off. I got one and hammered it in.

Thank you this is what I was looking for

Looks to me like all I needed was the cap and nothing more. Could not get it at the local auto parts store had to buy it off ebay.

I've hammered it back in and my teenage daughter is over the moon with excitement that here Landy is on the road again.
