It still has the mismatch headlight I see.
The prices have gone up because it is winter. Wait until next spring and the prices will drop through the floor again.

Its on fleabay too! Originally up for £4,450. Been watching it for a few weeks. Something niggled me about the plate. Then it clicked and there it was on the show.

I have actually phoned up about it and they never mentioned about it's TV career!

Anyone know much about where it has been and what it's had done since the show?

I'm up that way tomoorow and if I have some fre time I might have a nose.

It was a facelift RR so had the black surround, but as the plastic bracket was broken on the right hand side they ordered a new cluster on eBay, but it was pre-facelift. You can see in the photo it hasn't been sorted.
 
:( I can't get the link to work and there are several on autotrader, at that price. Which one is it?

I can't believe that the lights have never been sorted. The car was famous for it and it screams at you. Well maybe it only screams at us anoraks.:eek:

It just looks wrong though, you would think someone looking at it would say "here, these lights are different."

[edit: Unless that is why the price has been dropped. People noticed different lights and assume it'd been in a crash and botched back together so it doesn't show on a HPI check.]
 
It's special because it one of the models with air suspension! :rolleyes: Mike is such a knob head how Ed doesn't fill the fat ****'s head in I don't know.

He is a salesman, they are all like that. Talk bull**** to make anything sound special. The salesman selling mine tried to claim shagged glow plugs was an immobiliser. I could see his soul die a little when I said I want £300 off the price to fix them or no sale. I could've probably pushed so much harder to get money off if I wasn't so damn English.
 
You never saw edd clearing the eas fault just bolting on a new compressor , No lpg at that price :crazy:

thats why i got £200 knocked off the price of mine ;)

i have the same situation, different lights, funnily enough, the same as that! :D:D:D:D:D:D
 
I managed to complete what I was doing and so I went to see it today.

Looking round the outside there a few knocks and scrapes.
The rear bumper has some scrapes too.
The upper tailgate has the paint flaking away where it meets the bottom of the rear window. Either that or there is a clear covering that is coming away.
The same thing seems to have affected the lower tailgate on the edge just beneath the number plate.
It could have been smacked up the back, with the respray done on the cheap.
There is some damage to the left front wheel arch insert.
The rear of the headlining is coming away and I am sure there are signs of the same starting to happen towards the front.
Other than that the interior is actually in very good nick.

The guy started the car first time (the engine was cold) and there seemed no odd sounds or smoke.

Sorry, I never got to check the headlights 'cos the car was parked head first against the garage wall.

I decided I wasn't going to waste any more of my time so didn't test drive it. Just the condition of the outside had made my mind up.

Is it worth £3900? Not in my eyes.

Makes me appreciate mine more now though!!
