Hi

I am going to be replacing the wheels/tyres on my 90 (1986 2.5na) in the next couple of months. I have looked on paddock's website and their wheel/tyre package's are for 90's with discs all round.

Can anyone tell me which wheels I can fit to a 90 with rear drum brakes ?

Thanks.

Sounds like that's a mistake on their site. I think most of the 90's (and 110's) come with drums on the back. Perhaps the V8s had disks?

Mine has had both a drum brake Salisbury axle and a Disco axle and Freestyle alloys fitted both, though the cover on the Salisbury popped the centre caps out!

if you are looking at alloys then no chance if its 8 spokes or modular then should be ok

Why can't you have drums and alloys? Worked on my 110.

Had to change the wheel nuts, but nothing else. Explanation please!

If you are looking at steel wheels then you are ok, they all fit regardless of whether you have drums or discs.
If you wanted LR alloys then you have to fit spacers to to earlier axles to avoid clearance issues and to allow you to fit the centre-cap (look pants without).
Many aftermarket alloys (like the ZU for instance) fit both drum & disc axles without problems.

Of course it goes without saying that you have to use the correct wheel-nuts for the wheels being fitted as they are completely different for alloy & steel wheels.
