60mm look better, but if you got big tyres too they tend to flick s**t up the side of the truck all the time. I have a set of 60mm on my 200 defender and you cant go through a small puddle without getting it up as far as the window! looks the nuts though!! :) so if you dont mind washing mud off every 10 minutes and just want looks i'd go for 60, but if your after a balance between the 2 i'd say 30 is better! HTH :)
 
i personally have 35mm spacers and i wouldnt go bigger than that,combined with the 36" tyres theres a lot of extra strain on the wheel bearings

you will be replacing bearings more often than if you didnt have spacers
 
Defo depends on the wheel offset. With the alloys I have the 30mm were not really enough - tyres (235's) still well within the wheel arches. But with steel wheels you get much more offset so 30mm's probably plenty.
 
Like said above, it depends on your offset. My 285s are about 10 mil out of the arches with no spacers.
