They are not supposed to come off! The feel loose but are actually designed to be used!!

Funny, I had the same problem today taking the spare of my employers 110 TD5. I did a search on Google, found a post on hear explaining that the locking nut has a dimple and the cover comes off that'n and not the others. Frickin' simples!
