hi
anyone know somewhere local i can get me bearing races pressed in ??
im in cheshunt herts

Yes get an hammer & a suitable drift and fit them yourself as they don't need pressing in. If you have the old races then use that to start the process of drifting them in.

put a grinder thro the old races and then use them as a mandrel along with a mallet / hammer to drive the new ones into place.

The gap that you have cut will prevent the old races getting stuck in the bearing housing.

Dont be scared of this job its not difficult. I did it on my driveway.

im pretty good with a hammer so will try them out !! have some spares cus the other side didnt need them

hi thanks for the tip on using old race to beat in new 1 !! worked a treat only
now after changing the discs n pads 1 of the calipers has seized up :doh: !!
