its the measurement between the centre of the front wheel and the centre of the back wheel, same as on any other car

If you mean dimensions, the wheel base on a Disco is the same as on the new mini.
And no, i dont know what a minis is. But its the same as a Disco.

thats for a 200/300 disco think the disco 3 is 14 inches longer.... ooooerrrr

i think you'll find it's all in mm now. so that will be approx 350 mm longer
