Went to do an MOT repair on a small hole in the rear wheel arch, door side, and it kinda esculated into most of the wheel arch.

Is it possible to replace the complete arch from the back of the sill to door pillar? Looks like it is a single section.

Is it possible to buy rear arch mouldings? and for how much?

find a scrapper with decent arches, cut out more than enough then trim it back when you get it home, shouldn't be too difficult

Scrappers aren't easy to find this far North, without travelling up hill and down dale

is the wheel arch not ally, if so how do you ree fit the patch?

no james the wheel arch is steel. thats why it goes rusty

lait night brain ead moment!

I was thinking about the bodyside of the wheel arch not the inner arch.

oops another booo boo!

Based in the Lake District - shed loads of Landrovers but very few Old Landrovers and even less breakers yards.

But I found a dealer with a couple of scrappers but they are both 3 door, But there's also an old 5 door Range Rover with remarkably similar if not identical arches - i think it will do.

why would you want an identical rusty wheel arch?

Well, the rust is in different places so it completes an overall rusty wheel arch.

Why do things in halves?
