You can easily get an LPG worthiness certificate from an installer. Has it been declared to DVLA as LPG and does it say so on the V5?
Rear chassis rust out on these, check it thoroughly.

Your a bit out of date the biglad.
In the past LPG vehicles were exempt from the London congestion charge, but only if they were fitted with LPG by the factory and registered so. Retro fitted LPG vehicles were not.
But now that is no more, I have two vans working in the congestion zone every day so now is £10 per van per day.
