Between the engine and brake fluid reservoir, I've gathered so far they're vac pipes? One came loose and my brake pedal went rock solid.

I'd like to clean and tidy them up but I'm not really sure what to do with them.

Additionally there's two connectors out of shot and two plugs (one covered with orange here, one lower down doesn't seem to be) that I don't know why they're disconnected, or if they're even related.

Can anyone give me some info as to what this all is?

That's the EGR actuator unit which is obviously disabled, the vac pipes are both connected to the same pipe like the brakes so blank that white T piece where the vac splits to the solenoids(pointed in the pic) then you can remove and bin the rest, as you can see the pipe from there goes to the btake booster

Ah, I see thanks!
My EGR has already been blanked, so that's why it'll be disconnected already.
