yellow sheath is normally SRS/AIRBAG, BUT DON'T RECOGNISE PLUG

Isn't it the ABS diagnostic socket?....if it has only 5 wires with the upper midlle pin free then it might be

As fanatic if the wires have yellow sleeveing is SRS.

The electrical term is a socket, the plug if you had one would be mounted to a fixed upright piece of metal as shown in this pic it doesn't go directly to the air that cable is covered in yellow ribbed split sleeve which also can be seen in the pic below.

I will now go and look at my diagrams to see what it's for.

Thanks for your help it's most appreciated

The only thing I can do is confirm that they are all sockets. :) and are not being used as there is nothing pluged into them.

Your first connector (C218), is where the Cruise Control loom plugs in.

Your second connector (C336), is where the Electric Sunroof ECU loom plugs in.

The NR (Brown with a Red trace) wire on pin 2 of the second connector is fed from a 30A Fuse (F5) in Satellite Fuse Box 2.

It's a permanent live, which could be used to power accessories.
