Trying to diagnose the "Engine management light and glow plug light out- engine turns over but wont start" issue. (Had ecu checked and its fine). All fuses and relays good as well.
On the bunch of wires going to black ecu plug there is a 15amp fuse and fuse holder with brown and brown and orange wires. Only every reads about 3volts. Whats it for please?? Circled in pic
