Was cleaning the abs sensors and found this plug hanging down in the wheel arch.
Any ideas what it's for? 300tdi es 1994

Could be a pad wear indicator connection?

It's not pad wear indicator connection they are round and black and have a O ring for water proofing, looks like a sensor connection and should be laying or connected the engine bay.

Have a look on the other side. If there's one there then you've got two of them.

Looks a bit like a bulb connector, would it be for the side indicator? (Guess)

Is it not a connector for a TCS sensor?

Side repeater works so don't think it's for that. I thought fog light on the front but seems a bit short.

Fog lamp connectors are white and positioned behind each head lamp.

its probably engine bay orientated rather than something thats supposed to be in the arch...

of course it is its just dropped through,most have a few plugs that arent used

fair enough, since everythings still working normally (as normal as land rovers are) ill just tuck it out the way and leave it. thanks for the ideas
