Gonna go for some new wheels and tyres. Im going for 23585R16s cos im quite happy with them for getting out of trouble. ive seen some Buckshot Mudders at silverline for 395squids does anyone know if there any good or not.

Saw that from John Craddocks in this months LRO (call 0845 3444130 and quote "APD 0042") - i'd expect they'd do the 235's for a bit less! I think it may rub on full lock but if it does it don't really matter - and it's easy enough to adjust. Will be a bit thirstier too though.

They are by all accounts pretty much the dogs danglers of reasonably priced off roaders and that's the next set of boots mine's getting! And that looks like a pretty good deal too - not seen much else close. You could get 5 with wheels all balanced and delivered for abolut £500 (they give you (i think) 20% off the 5th) dunno about the buckshot though. I think you need to phone and quote that number for the deal though. That's fitted on black 8 spokes.

If you go for the craddock insas, can you take a piccie and put it on ere, would be most interested to hear your thoughts on em! They look sound and (i think it were Yella?) said they're pretty much as good as the BFGs and other such brands only half the price!

Yup, Insa Special Tracks Are The Dogs Danglies Off Road. All Insas Are At The Top End Of The Remould Market ;)

Yer will do, im away for the weekend, so ill order monday so should have them on by next weekend. Ill see if i can have a run out then, dont know where though cos Bures is shut down for a while now try a bit of green laneing.

its a bit steep for remoulds, i can get kl71s for about 75 per corner all in and modulars or 8 spokes are only 30 quid each from paddocks. it'll cost you bout a fiver a wheel to have em fitted locally so for an extra fiver you can have first life tyres. shoparound, im sure you can get insas cheaper than that

what size you after dennis, and if i sort you i hope yer aint fittin em ion yer jagoooaaarrr

Go for Bfg goodrich.By far the best tyre ever invented.I just got a set of 4 boost alloys and 265/75x16 Bfg Muds with nuts and caps £685.Love them to bits. They do look smart. However my mate just brought 4xBlack mods and 4x Bfg muds for £490 from devon 4x4.Sounds like a good package to me.

£170 a corner just so you can rip the side walls to pieces the first stony lane you drive down??

Sod that I'll stick wiv khumo's or insa's

the kl71 is as good as the bfg mud and a lot cheaper. plus it has a strengthened sidewall whereas the bfg doesnt
