Glasses is probably best as it's the one the dealers look at. If you say "Well parker say's it's worth £XXX" he'll know you don't know what your talking about. But if you quote Glasses prices he'll know he's got no room to bull****.
While a lot of dealers use Glasses Guide, some dealers use CAP Black Book which is generally 10% or so lower than GG prices. Most dealers use both and will quote you the lowest price from the two books. You will also often find that cars being PX'd are valued using CAP while those up for sale will be priced using GG...
