Turdpart 70 quid
Borg+beck 80 quid
Valeo 100 quid
Poncy organic thing for 350 quid ho bloody ho.
Has anyone fitted a 200/300 clutch recently and been happy with it since?

I did replace it in 2013 but didnt write down what make it was but recall 100 quid being the cost ish!
Edit just dug out the invoice britpart doh doh doh, genuinley dont know why I bought that!

Used Valeo in mine a few times with no issues. Always go for the 130-spec friction plate. Ashcroft do a kit with a new release bearing.

Last one had very little wear after 80,000 miles - only changed it as I had the engine and box apart.

I'm sure ap is part of borg n beck, I fitted a borg & beck with no issues to my 300tdi
also make sure you fit the brass bush in the fly wheel.

I also fitted a valeo to my mates 200tdi with no issues

I use 22mm plumbers copper pipe as the clutch alignment tool ;)

I used Borg and beck when I did mine about 3 years ago and been very happy with it.

I fitted the xd clutch arm and the 130 friction plate to give it maximum chance of lasting though.

Annoyingly I broke the small plastic anti rattle clip so the release bearing rattles in neutral of you come off the clutch to quick....

Fitted a Valeo one in my 300Tdi a year ago and it's been fine so far. Cost £128.50 including postage. The kit came with the HD clutch fork.
