We have ATs permanently on one and set as a spare for are other Freelander. We use BF Goodrich AT which I think are 215/80R16 off the top of my head.

Colway ATs are cheap copies of the BFGs. Same tread pattern but no so long wearing.

Cheers

215/65 R16?? :)

I am on my second set of GoodYear Wrangler's inside a year on my fronts and they are down to 5 mm again already and they are starting to make a humming noise. I have general grabbers on the backs they are still at 7 mm. I would not buy goodyears again.

Simon :)

Mine lasted 100 miles under 12,000 and they were down to 2mm. I have changed and now have a set of 5 Michelin XPC's.

Two of the Michelin's have covered 10K and have only worn by 1mm!! (8mm remaining)

They do cost £94 each - when you can find them!! (My local tyre fitter has only one left - which i'm tempted to buy and use as a pair with my spare tyre)

Regards,

Steve
