They do, I have them on mine. 225 55 17 not cheap, I paid £140 a corner from halfords. Hope this helps.

Nice one, I'll look up a few of my local upmarket breakers and see what they want for Merc tyres
We just put a set of Pirellis on the wife's car but getting a wear matched set may take a while and if they are cheap enough having them hanginng around wont be a problem

I have the Yokohama Geolanders on mine. Pretty good all round, but tend to clog a bit easily on muddy fields. I think next time I will spend a bit more and get BFG's or similar.
Annoyingly, I have a good set of Nexens in the shed, but dont know how much use they are. The freelander came with them fitted, but there are 3 brand new AT's and 1 new road tyre - all the same size and make, but the road tyre is obviously a very different tread pattern. I have never been able to find the fourth AT to make a set to try them out.

I've got Good Year All Weather 235/65-17, but they are no good in winter. However they are very pleasant in summer. For the winter time I have Nokian 215/70R16 100 R tyres. Actually in this corner of Europe there are not not many accetable tyres for winter use, thou Michelin, Gislaved, Continental and Nokian are interested in making good Nordic winter tyres.

Just put Event ML698s on £325 for four. Quite noisy tho apparently similar to goodrich pattern. Not bothered by noise as I don't drive long distances but wanted something with a bit more off road potential and the farmers round here recommend them. Will find out Saturday as off for a bit of green leaning.

Four nice new Goodyear Wrangler HP's. Heard mixed reports about them, but initial feel is good, especially in the wet.
I had Michelin Latitudes, they wore out so bought some cheapies as short of cash, they were bad poor old Freeby just wallowed all over the road, thankfully they have now worn out so have replaced them with Michelin Latitudes again, so much better, now my Freeby doesn't try to kill me every time i drive it.

I've got a full set of Pirelli Scorpion Assimetrico Zeros. 235/50/18 I think.
They seem to have a normal wear rate, grab Tarmac quite well. I can't complain at all, they do exactly what I want them to do.

I think Pirellis are great, life to stickiness ratio is pretty good are they the ones with the zeds in the tread pattern?

Fleabay part worns. Some guy with a Volvo put on winter tyres and didn't want them. Had 6mm tread and no repairs!

I have have Latitudes on the rear at the moment and the fronts are getting near to needing renewing, I was going to get a pair of Latitudes for the front until I saw the price! Cheapest I can find so far is £171.00 each anyone found a better (fitted) price for these anywhere yet?
