Continental 4X4 Contact. 235/50x18
Fine when they have enough tread on them although in the snow recently the wife was complaining of seeing lights flashing up on the dashboard which hurried me into replacing the fronts.

What!! The new tyres should only go on the back, does no one bother reading the sodding owners manual:confused:

hi

read through and has anyone tried bridgestones

got a new set of bridgestone duelers ht's on mine, 215 x 65 x16

they were great in the snow and ok on wet grass etc

haven't tried them off road yet, but am very impressed so far

good road handling, quiet on motorway

Bridgestone Blizzak LM 80 215/65/16 for winter. I think great on snow and on aquaplaning when I went in like a lake on French autobahn/motorway. With the old maxtrek was total crap.
Pirelli Scorpio Verde Ecoimpact XL for summer rear. Front need some others. Don't know which ones at the moment. No test for adac out 2013. Conti Cross contact UHP shall be very good.

I've had Yokohama Geolanders fitted as a replacement for the aging Wranglers. Grip well and look good to.

im running bargin buckets 215/70/16 infinity IF200s and cannot grumble even though they are more howly than my coopers on my jap thing.

Just fitted a set of General Grabber uhp, drives great with them and low noise, time will tell on how well they wear.

Use Hankook tyres have done 30k with them and still 6mm left!!! Brilliant tyres - excellent snow grip - tyres like high pressure mine are at 36psi and no wear issues just
great mpg. Handeling is excellent and wet road grip is good.
