Can anyone make some suggestions as to what flooring i can use in my 110 project in the back? was going to veltrim the arches but just wanted some ideas on reasonably cheap flooring on the loading area?

I usually put a sheet of ply down first, give the alloy some protection.
Then I like to use the rubber pin matting, gives a nice authentic feel to a landy that age.

Try black stable mats, similar, but a bit cheaper. I just used some to cover the afterdeck of our boat, made quite a good job. As you say, ideal for heavy duty use in a landy too.

+1 for the stable matting. I paid about £40 for 2 x 1.2 m. Tough and can be hosed down. Good in the footwells too, helps cut down noise.

Another vote for stable matting, cheapest place I found at the time was fleabay and I have a single sheet running the full length of my 110 hardtop
