seems to be missing some lights on the back, and no side repeaters?

proper 16" rims with high wall tires and it wouldn't be quite so horrific.

It needs lots more chequer plate, a bit of sacking over the radiator, an old drainpipe snorkel and lots of silicone bunging up the leaks and THEN it will be more like the rest.
