What mileage is your Freelander 1 on?

'04 TD4 HSE on nearly 93,000 miles.

Car wears its miles really well, interior is basically as new, everything apart from the rear heated screen works. I put a new VCU on at 90k, but there wasn't anything wrong with the old one (as far as I could tell).

I really like it, it's a really excellent car.

Why did you put a new un on for?

134200 only had it for the last 6 weeks. Owned disco before and have owned classic RR's before. Drives nice and still runs fine with 35Mpg an the last tank.
Everything works although the aircon needs a recharge (I think).
Would have a Disco but do a lot of driving and almost on the road so can't justify the fuel cost. This is a cood compromise.

DD3 My disco was a V8 LPg and I was getting 14Mpg!
V8's on petrol about 17ish is normal.
Tdi/Td5 28-30 on manual box 25-27 on auto I think.

New set of General Grabber AT2s all round put on today.

Tx Fireman and nick, so doozal bearable, V8 shocking! I really fancy owning a V8 and I've always been a petrol man but 17 mpg - needs serious consideration.

My current 1999-2.0Di is on 160,000 kms ... the missus 2001-V6 is on 199,100 Kms ... I sold a 1998-1.8 3 months ago that was on 234,000 kms and still going strong.
