Nice. If you like I'll start one in the disco section too. That way the disco peeps on ere won't feel left out.

That would be very nice of you Mr Hippo :D bet there's are some real high mileage trattors and disco's out there

Just had my Dutch MOT last Wednesday.

Mine is from Oct. 2005 and done 185.151 km. So that's about 113.450 miles.
Add about 300 miles since last Wednesday.

On and off the road, with and without something on the towbar or the roof.:D

think anything over 60k should be supported with some pictorial evidence

Not in these days of Photoshop ... as soon as it breaks down (usually between 50 and 90 miles from new) they will photograph a Defenders mileage and superimpose it over the 0's on their Gaylander one! ;)

Just picked ours up from a family who'd just been using it around town since 2002. 1999, Full LR service history, 91k now. Feels tight with no current problems (CURRENTLY...!) and 11 months MOT.

All of my cars over the past few years have been massive mileage diesels - 150-200k. Parts wear out over time and need to be replaced, but if maintenance has been carried out properly there's no reason for them to be sheds!

Sept 2005 TD4 105,000 miles, only mods are the BMW crankcase breather and the EGR bypass. Previous Discovery 200 at same mileage had two new gearboxes, new rear diff back plate (rusted through) timing belt idler and extensive corrosion repairs. Loved the Discovery, and other LR's, at the time but now prefer something suitable for my older years.
