I have just bought what I thought was a 1993 110, but it appears that the body is from something else.

I was thinking perhaps a series 2 or 3, although I may well be wrong.

Photo attached. I might have some comeback if someone can give me an accurate date for the body.

Cheers,

Vulch

Nice one :) So at least now I know what it is! I think I need to go and have a chat with the bloke I bought it off!

Is it your 84 110? What does 4C stand for? Guessing SW is Station Wagon and D is Diesel...

Looks quite a lot better than mine!

Does someone still stock new parts for these? I'm going to need some lock barrels, if I end up keeping it:rolleyes:

On that note, what would you expect to get for yours if you sold it?

Mine has rusted out door bottoms:doh:

I thought that it was 93 from the bulkhead forwards, but the grille and headlight panels look like yours too... Or is it just that the front of an 84 is the same as a 93 anyway:D?

So many questions! Sorry!

Thanks for all your help guys!

On that note, what would you expect to get for yours if you sold it? Once I have finished the 200tdi conversion and MOT'd it - anywhere between £2-3k

Nae luck! Replacements and/or repair panels are available

Main give-away re age might be the engine that is in it - post 1990 should be the 200tdi (or pos 300tdi)

It is a 200Tdi - documents say it's a 1993 and the guy I bought it off said that the back had been added on to turn a Water board truck into a SW. I was just rather worried that the back had been off something pre-lunar-landings :biggrin1:

I'm now warming to it significantly though!

I'm considering a colour change after adding sills and sorting the doors. Do you know if anyone might have the side stripes still? Same stockists as above?

Do you have any photos of the dash area? I think that is 1993 rather than 1984. Although it is quite possible that the dash didn't change between 1984 and 1993...

Thanks for all your help fella! Shame you're so far away! I'll just have to keep looking for 80s 110s in car parks and stare through the windows to find out what is supposed to go where!

Cheers,

Simon
