Well here is his reply:
"Hi,
On top of your pump there is a square housing which has a 6mm nylon hose attached which is tapped off the turbo wastegate actuator. Inside the housing there is a diaghram which is pressed down relative to the boost pressure. Under the diaghram is a rod/bar with an eccentric cone machined along it, there is a fuel flow needle which sits on the cone and varies the main fuelling in relation to the boost pressure.
What you get if you win the item is a new rod/bar which has a different taper and eccentric to the original. No adjustment is made to the boost (if you read around you will find people advise leaving the boost pressure alone if it is running within spec).
To fit it (I'll give more accurate details to the winner) use a stubby flatblade screwdriver to remove the 4 screws on top of the diaghram housing, remove the diaghram/spring/coned bar. There is a nut (10mm spanner I think, this is all from memory at present) holding the coned bar to this assembly, undo it, fit the new one in its' place and re fit the bits to your pump. You can play with the smoke adjust screw while your'e in there if you want (Torx bit required) for better pull from low revs but may have to adjust it back at MOT time!
Getting more air to you engine is also highly recommended, so an uprated intercooler and free-er flowing air filter should be considered. My 110 has a K&N filter but only a standard intercooler at present but has been running fine for 2 years since modifying.
The smoke adjust can be done on any pump but you will need this modified cone which I have to alter the main fuelling.
Some info is here
Turning up the pre 94 Ram diesel injector pump or go on google and search "bosch ve pump tuning" the pump was also found on old Dodge Ram trucks.
Hope this is of use, anything else just ask.
Regards
Bob"
