I've cleaned up the area today, and will see what happens. One question (as a relatively new D2 owner):
What is the easiest way to remove the main undershield?

The only time I had to remove it is when I did the oil pump bolt but IIRC, the front prop shaft stayed in place. You will need to lift the vehicle from the chassis to extend the clearance between the undershield and the front axle and most likely, you will also need to remove the cross member.

+1 to above
Mine also removed 3 years ago and i never put it back. Much easier to see if there is a problem and you can react earlier and avoid bigger problems.

Regarding the power steering fluid, I'm going to have a look over the Christmas holiday. I've just taken the car on a 1000 mile trip and the fluid level went from maximum to minimum over this journey - so not massive.
Has anyone any experience of this stuff: Power Steering Fluid Stop Leak https://carsmart.shop/product/power...&utm_source=adrac&utm_medium=cpc&utm_content=
I've never been keen on these type of products and have never used them, but by chance I saw it today while in a car parts shop (didn't buy it).

I haven't tried it, but doubt if it will do any harm.
But I still think the best thing to do would be to find the leak, and cure it.
With that sort of small leak, it is quite likely it is just a pipe union.

I also have a small leak probably somewhere from the bottom part of pump. Is there any typical place there where i should look for leak? Shaft, pipe connections?
