Hi all. This has probably been covered a million times, but I am in the middle of moving house, and need a quick answer. My clutch is slipping uphill, particularly.. and need to know what is likely to be the cause? the disk? and what else should I change whilst it is all off? and roughly how long does it take to do? I will probably get some help, but could be doing it alone! also there is a borg and beck plate on ebay at the moment nos, for about £18 what are they usually? cheers. Gem

clutch plate friction disc ,cover + sprung pressure plate ,no gaskets ,release bgr stc1130 but wouldnt need changing if other all right as is in front housing of gear box bell housing so gets gear box oil to cool and lubricate it

As above - get the complete clutch kit. You'd be mad to strip it all down and only replace half the clutch! Borg & Beck are a decent make.
